PAMI S.A. – Company Presentation

PAMI SA has applied the most modern methods in industrial elaboration & standardization of Nuts, since its establishment in 1984. The continuous expansion of its activities and the constant adjustment on technological evolutions keep PAMI SA on a very high position amongst the largest companies in its field.

Today, PAMI has in its possession installations of total surface 7000 m2 in the Industrial Estate of Florina in Northern Greece. The continuous updating ensures the production of products elaborated by full automatism and under the stringiest quality control.

Moving on this line, PAMI has materialized the latest years, a schedule of updating and developing new products, of the amount of 6 million €, and is certified by HACCP & ISO 9001:2000. Additionally, the company has installed and applies a full Enterprise System, ERP, for all the departments.

PAMI SA holds a great range of products, which is continually enriched. The produced goods are:

Α. Category of Commercial products

1) All PAMI Nuts processed and standardized in bags of vacuum packaging or with gas addition from 20 g to 500 g and in metal cans 170 g and 400 g.

2) PAMELLA hazelnut cocoa spread – PAMELLINA duetto praline, healthy nourishments for children and adults in flavors as chocolate, vanilla and fruit in plastic cups and glass jars from 10 g to 750 g.

B. Category of Catering

All the products as above mentioned sub-categories 1&2 in packing from 1 kg to 5 kg.

C. Raw material for Confectionery

1) Nuts, elaborated and cut in various shapes, caramelized or not.

2) Various creams with chocolate and vanilla flavors for croissant fillings or Confectionery.

3) Various pralines from Nuts.

4) Various creams with fruit flavors, cappuccino etc.

5) Marzipan in various colors for décor

6) Marzipan for cookies.

In packing from 2,5 kg to 15 kg.

D. Nuts in Bulk Packing.

Nuts, raw or roasted, blanched or caramelized, and pastes made from Nuts, in packing from 10 kg to 50 kg.

E. A large range of new products are added in the lists of PAMI, as:

1) Viennese wafers of various flavors,

2) Wafers of various flavors.

Additionally, many new products are going to be introduced in the market during the year 2006.

The exporting orientation, which was early embraced by the company, and the firmness in its quality contributed in a large exporting activity, in European Union and the countries of North & South America, Middle East, East Europe and the Balkan, where it has strong business collaborators.

In order to broaden its business activities, it has established a commercial company in FYROM under the name PAMI SKOPJE and a commercial company in Bulgaria under the name PAMI BULGARIA.

In the Greek market the company holds a significant share in the section of Confectionery raw materials and cooperates with many food industries and Super markets, with PAMI products and private label. For the best service of its customers in the Greek market it has a sales department in the central offices in Thessaloniki and a branch office in Athens.

The targets of PAMI SA for the future are:

PAMI SA was established in 1984 by Mr. Liveris Mitakakis who continues to be the Managing Director and the main shareholder of the company till today.
