    Welcome to Villa Maraki Studio-Apartments, in Agia Paraskevi Area, in Skiathos. We offer Studios and Apartments, at a great location, only 150m from the fantastic beach of Agia Paraskevi.

    Life in Villa Maraki is easy and relaxed given its proximity to the beach of Agia Paraskevi, while enjoying all the modern amenities and services within walking distance; visitors can find supermarkets that cater to all tastes, numerous taverns along with a great beach to complete a a great environment.

    In our days that our way of life tends to become synonymous to "living in the fast lane", Villa Maraki relaxed environment promises to offer a few days away from the problems of daily life.

Studios

    The studio offers two single beds, or 1 double, a fully equipped kitchen, a
private bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, safe deposit box, as well as individual air-conditioning. Also all studios have their own balcony with sightseeing. All residents have full access to the swimming pool and the snack bar in the pool area.
    Studios are cleaned daily and receive clean towels and sheets every three days.

Apartments

    The apartments (3 until 6 individuals can sleep) allocate a bedroom with bisector door and double bed, space of livingroom with couches that become beds for still 2-4 individuals and a completely equipped cooker.

    Also the apartments allocate private bathroom with shower, safe, satellite television and autonomous air conditioning All the apartments allocate veranda with view the cleanness are daily and each 3 days are changed sheets and towels.

    The use of swimming-pool and pool bar is free for all the customers.

Maisonette

    Maisonette ( 4 individuals can sleep) and it is allocated in the loft a double bed space of living room with couch that becomes bed for other 2 individuals, completely equipped cooker, autonomous air conditioning, private bathroom, satellite television, safe and veranda with exceptional view.

    The cleanness is daily and the sheets and towels is changed each 3 days.

    The use of space of swimming-pool and pool bar is free for all the customers.
