Respect for our clients and the urgent need for pure ingredients has lead us into establishing our own farm, here in Mykonos.

We grow fresh vegetables and rear animals, with extra care and attention to their feed.

As a result, the food we offer, traditional pies from Epirus, spicy dishes from the East Myconian specialities, as well as cooked casseroles and various meats on the grill or the spit, is a true cullnary experience of quality and taste.

We are also proud to produce our qwn home-made and baked bread, in several types and specifically, the traditional Myconian barley bread, the "kouvaroti", after which we have named our restaurant.
