MARIA ELENA DREAM VILLAS

 

   Just over the Akti Elia, the Maria Elena Villas enjoy the magnificent famous sunset of the peninsula of Chalkidiki. Located in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalkidiki, just a couple of kilometres northern from the village Marmaras and about the same distance from the village Nikiti.

 

   In Maria Elena Villas holidaymakers can indulge themselves in all kind of pleasures, since Akti Elia and the near villages can offer all kind of entertainment with excellent taverns and bars, as well as shops and other facilities such as a variety of water sports, golf courses etc.

 

   Maria Elena villas consist of totally stone built and marble tiled luxurious villas, which include private pools, and indoor private spa pools, with magnificent view over Akti Elia, two minutes walk from the sea.

   Each villa consists of 2 levels. In the upper level lies a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, electric cooker), a comfortable living room with a cosy stone built fireplace. The other level accommodates 1- 2 bedrooms, impressive marble tiled bathrooms and the inner spa pools.

 

   All villas are fully equipped and elegantly decorated, air-conditioned with TV-sets and fulfil all the needs and expectations of the guests, thus, are highly recommended.

 

Cleaning and change of linen takes place every 2 days.

60 to 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% on the total agreed
20 to 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% on the total agreed 
6 to 0 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% on the total agreed 

Early departure or non-show is subject to a fee of 90% on the price of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation
